This series consists of reports produced by staff members, including those working at agency-operated youth residential facilities. The reports cover subjects such as "The New Family Court Act: Impact on Institutions," "The Training School in Transition: A Search for Values," "Highland State Training School: A Plan for Its Redesignation as a State-Wide School for Both Boys and Girls Under 13 Years of Age," "The Historical Development of the Training School," and "Statement on the Need of Special Training School Facilities for the Care of Delinquent Pregnant Girls."
